Shipping Time Frames:

• All items are shipped within 24 hours from the time the order is placed.
•  Shipping time might vary depending on location, chosen shipment method, and other factors.
• Free Standard shipping can take 2 - 8 business days and ships via the United States Postal Service. Free standard shipping does not include a tracking number. 

Shipping Cost:

• Standard shipping is FREE via USPS
• Standard shipping with a tracking number is $2.00 via USPS
• Expedited shipping via UPS and USPS is available and is calculated at checkout. 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. 

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

Returns and Exchanges:

• To be eligible for a return, we'll inspect for signs of wear or use.  Goods must be unused, and undamaged. Anything found with stains, makeup, deodorant, body odor, perfume, self tanner or tanning lotion, wear and tear, vaginal fluids of any kind, or anything of a similar nature, the item will be unaccepted as a return. It will then be shipped back to you at your cost. 
• If the item is deemed in returnable condition, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.  
• Timing: we have a 14-day Return & Exchange Policy since the day item was received.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned and exchanged items.  Once the item has been returned and accepted, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. 
• To process a return, please email hello@shopollie.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return. We will then send you a return postage label at your cost.
• Ollie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
• All sales are final on sale items.  Any purchases made during a sale cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not include items purchased with a discount code. 

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 1 business days.
